Buy Nothing Swap!

How does this work? Take all you want, give all you want. You don’t need to trade, barter, ask permission, feel weird, or anything. You do not have to bring something to take something. Just come as you are, and have fun!

If you bring things to give away, you must take any leftovers with you when you leave.

You can set up on a table inside or bring a blanket and set up outside

You can bring ALMOST anything to this event. We just ask that you don’t bring really big items (like furniture) and nothing gross (like dirty underwear or hazardous chemicals).

Do I have to stay the whole time? Your participation is entirely up to you. If you brought some items and they were not taken by the time you want to leave, please take them back with you. If you are able to help clean up at the end, please do!! Just show up and help. The more people, the easier it is for all of us!

Get a new to you costume at Milk Mart Orlando!

Bring your old costumes and swap for new ones

All Halloween Costumes accepted (children, adults, and pets)

Bring up to 1 tote bag's worth of costumes and take as much as you will use!

Please do not bring any non-costume clothing. We have a regular clothing swap the next weekend.

Get ready for Halloween with a Clothing Swap!

Bring clean and dry clothing in good condition and swap for new to you clothing. Please avoid bringing clothing with strong scents, excessive pet fur, or other allergens. Also, please only bring one bag of clothing. Bonus points if you bring an old Halloween costume and swap for a new-to-you one!

If you are bringing clothing to swap, please bring it before 1:00 pm. After 1:00 pm, we invite any community members or organizations to take as much as they will use.

Schedule:

• 10:00 am - Clothing Swap begins
• 11:00 am - 1:00 pm - Mending Station
• 1:00 pm - Take what you'll use
• 2:00 pm - Clothing Swap Ends

Mending Station: Do you have clothing that needs to be mended? We'll have a mending station set up with experts who can help you troubleshoot how to mend your items and potentially fix them on the spot.

Hidden Treasures Thrift Store will also be open for sales!
